Introduction

This website is a personal project dedicated to chess. I value digital privacy and aim to be transparent about the limited information processed when you visit this site.

I've been a casual chess player since the mid-eighties. Like many, I've spent years enjoying the game, but I am now focused on a more structured goal: documenting my progress as I move from a beginner's foundation to an intermediate level of play.

This website serves as my personal notebook and a way to share the resources, games, and milestones I encounter along the way.

My Playstyle

I find the most enjoyment in the pressure and pace of Blitz and Rapid games. While I appreciate the depth of classical chess, there is something uniquely challenging about making quality decisions when the clock is ticking down.
